In this 'In Conversation with Tribal Wisdom' initiative, the elderly and young people meet each other. Hand in hand, the young and the elderly walk along the path and share what they observe around them and what they perceive internally. This exchange leaves behind a Trial of Wisdom where the next generation will take what is useful to them. October 17, 2021, there was an Elder circle, where the question: "How do you want to share your wisdom?" was central. December 11, 2021, there was a Youth circle with the question, "How do you want to receive wisdom?". Thus, the initiative was born to bring these groups together and to exchange them with each other. With the aim to provide and give awareness, grounding, community spirit, recognition and meaning. The dynamics of our time require us to find new ways to connect. To transfer and share knowledge and experiences. To allow for vulnerability and to turn it into strength. The person searching for support and recognition wants to be seen, to find a place where he can feel at home. Secure and safe. Because there are like-minded people. In the Tribal Wisdom exchange between young and old, we take care of each other, like a tribe; the elderly/elsewhere want to be there for the young. They provide their indigenous wisdom, experience and knowledge. They listen to the young people so that the young people can experience the power of listening. Then there is the story, the question: What do you need to shape the future? What lives in you and what are your concerns? How can we learn from each other? On June 26, 2022, the first meeting was held! It was a special, connecting and inspiring meeting for all attendees. At the end of the day, the young people chose an Elder (Circle keeper) to form their own tribe, for half a year up to 6 young people and an Elder/ Circle-keeper exchange their wisdom with each other in three meetings. In January 2023, the various small tribes will meet again and exchange their experiences. by means of a presentation of a ritual or a small workshop. The following day, they may choose a new Elder/ Circle keeper with whom they have three more meetings and a new cohort of young people join the trail. Circle keepers
