These can be the beautiful things in life, but it can just as well be working through the heavier side of our existence. The emphasis in this week is mainly on self-development and how the art of photography can contribute to this. There will be introspective writing and photography assignments, as well as looking at various techniques within photography that can help capture feelings, such as the use of double exposure and slow shutter speeds. We will also look at how we can visualize ourselves through your shadow, a body part or a self-portrait. Saskia Albers is a family and branding photographer and filmmaker with a documentary style.
