The Location
Chateau Champ Ramet is an authentic French Chateau on a 5 hectare estate with trees, a stream, grass, wild flowers and shrubs and especially many insects, birds and other small animals.

Estate
The Chateau consists of a main building with two flanks. During the retreats we will also make use of the lovely outdoor kitchen.
The Mansion

In the left flank are 2 bedrooms, each suitable for two people. There is a cozy living room with a wood stove, a nice spacious kitchen with dishwasher, and a lovely modern shower with a toilet. From the kitchen you can walk straight into the estate, and there is room to sit outside, possibly by the wooden swimming pool.
The right flank has 5 double rooms, a beautiful, cozy living room with a sitting area by the wood stove, and a dining table. From the living room you can walk straight onto the estate at the back of the building. There is a dishwasher in the dining kitchen and you can cook for yourself. There are three different showers and toilets on this side of the mansion.
Outdoor kitchen, Gite and Yoga room

During the program weeks we will also use the lovely outdoor kitchen, where meals will be prepared by the chef of the week. We will use the meals outside as much as possible at long wooden tables, possibly in the open but covered shed.

In the old horse stable behind the outdoor kitchen there is now a gîte, with 3 double bedrooms, a living room and bathroom.
A beautiful atmospheric 100 m² yoga room has been created in the old carriage stable, with large patio doors opening up to the garden.
The Mansion is surrounded by a garden with tall trees, shrubbery, forest and water that crosses the estate. Our center is located in the Morvan Natural Park.
Estate and Trees

The chateau is surrounded by a large garden with tall trees, shrubbery, forest and water which crosses the estate. We will be developing an edible forest in the garden with fruit and nut trees, a herb garden for meals, a vegetable garden and flower beds for the insects. There is always something to do in the garden, and it is therefore accessible to our
guests to enjoy or to' roll up their sleeves' and do some work if they feel like it.
In the Morvan
​
Our center is located in the Morvan Natural Park and is surrounded by numerous hiking trails, cycling routes, lakes and forests. During the retreats there is also enough space and time to go out on your own.
La Celle-en-Morvan is a small and friendly village, with a beautiful rose garden across the street from the mansion. Here you can sit on a bench, or walk through and view the various trees and shrubs. The village is 10 km from the center of the monumental city of Autun. French baguettes and croissants can be ordered and picked up within walking distance.
